Shipping

At Wandering Sunshine, we use a print-on-demand business model to minimize overproduction and reduce waste. That means every item is made specifically for you!  Please note that production and shipping times can vary from 7-21 business days.  Enjoy free economy shipping on all items as our way of saying thank you for choosing us!

Returns 

We can only accept returns under the following conditions: 

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we will happily accept a return.

Incorrect Product Received: If you receive the wrong product, you are eligible to return the item. 

Requirements for Returns: 

    • You must provide clear evidence of the damage or incorrect product to support your claim.
    • The return must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
    • All returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense. 

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, a replacement product or refund will be issued. 

Non-Returnable Items 

Please note that due to the nature of our business model, we do not accept returns for any other reason, including but not limited to: 

  • Customer preference changes 
  • Incorrect sizes ordered 
  • Products without defects or damages 
  • Other personal 

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, don't hesitate to contact our customer support team at hello@wanderingsunshine.com with your order number and the evidence of damage or defect. We will respond with return shipping instructions and further steps.
